1. Hot melt docking

Using a specialized heating tool, heat the ends of two HDPE gas pipes to be connected to a molten state, then quickly connect them together and maintain a certain pressure for a period of time to fuse the pipe ends into one.

Scope of application: Suitable for connecting HDPE pipes with larger diameters, generally DN90 and above.

2. Hot melt socket connection:

Insert the end of one pipe into the socket of another pipe, heat the socket area to melt the inner and outer walls of the pipe, and then maintain a certain pressure for a period of time to connect the pipes together.

Scope of application: Suitable for connecting HDPE pipes with smaller diameters, generally DN63 and below.

3. Electric fusion socket connection:

On the basis of socket connection, an electric heating wire is installed inside the socket of the pipe, and the electric heating wire is heated by a dedicated electric melting welding machine to melt the inner and outer walls of the pipe, thereby achieving the connection of the pipe.

4. Steel plastic transition connection:

Used to connect HDPE gas pipes and metal pipes. Install steel plastic transition joints at the ends of HDPE gas pipes and connect them to metal pipes through threaded or flanged connections.

1、 Strong corrosion resistance

HDPE (high-density polyethylene) is an inert material that can withstand corrosion from various chemical media, except for a few strong oxidants. They are a type of pipeline with excellent seismic performance.

5、 Excellent flexibility

HDPE pipes have good flexibility and can be easily made into coils, supplied in longer lengths, thus saving the use of various connecting fittings. During the construction process, it is possible to bypass obstacles by changing the direction of the pipeline, reducing the number of pipe fittings used, lowering construction costs and difficulties, while also improving the adaptability of the project.

6、 Long service life

Under normal working conditions, the service life of HDPE gas pipes can reach over 50 years.
