1. Hot melt docking

Principle: By using a dedicated hot melt butt welding machine, the end faces of two HDPE pipes to be connected are heated to a molten state, and then quickly butt them together. Under a certain pressure, they are cooled and solidified to achieve the connection.

Scope of application: Suitable for connecting HDPE pipes with larger diameters, generally DN90 and above.

2. Hot melt socket connection:

Principle: After heating and softening one end of the HDPE pipe, insert it into a matching fitting (such as a socket joint), and cool and solidify it under a certain pressure to achieve connection.

Scope of application: Suitable for connecting HDPE pipes with smaller diameters, generally DN63 and below.

3. Electric fusion socket connection:

Principle: Using electric melting fittings, the connection between the fitting and the pipe is melted by heating the resistance wire inside the fitting, and then cooled and solidified under a certain pressure to achieve the connection.

Scope of application: Suitable for connecting HDPE pipes of various diameters.

4. Electric fusion saddle connection:

Principle: Make a hole in the main pipeline, install the electric melting saddle shaped pipe fittings at the hole, and use the resistance wire inside the pipe fittings to heat them up, so that the pipe fittings are melted and connected to the main pipeline.

Scope of application: Used for branching and connecting branch pipes on the main pipeline.

5. Flange connection:

Principle: Install flanges at the end of HDPE pipes, connect the two flanges together with bolts, and add a sealing gasket in the middle to achieve sealing.

Scope of application: Suitable for connections with valves, pumps, and other equipment, as well as pipeline connections that require frequent disassembly.
